Life is a Journey

Morning All!
I hope you managed to get your 'Destinations' collection. The images on the Cd and the stamps are totally fab!

Today I'd like to share a card I made using the stamps. The background was coloured with Aquatints and I used Sheena's Starburst stencil to make the rays. I even used the map stamp to create the card base background.
Hope you like it! I'd like to enter it into the following challenge:
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Stencil It (my background)
Best wishes

A Spirit of Adventure

Hi All! Hope you are loving the Crafter's Companion shows on Create and Craft. I've really enjoyed working with the Destinations CD but today I thought I'd show you a card I made with the stamps.

My favourite image is of the Can Can dancer so I stamped her out three times and coloured her in with my Spectrum Noir pens. The background frames were stamped out and I cut off the parrots and layered the dancers above them. I randomly stamped some of the floral elements in black around the edges and added a simple piece of red ribbon to finish. Hope you like it!
Back soon with some more inspiration.
Best wishes and bye for now

Pyramid Favour Boxes

Sunday again! These weeks sure are flying by! Only one more day until the launch of the new Crafter's Companion 'Destinations' collection, so I thought I'd share these little favour boxes made from the printouts and embellishments on the CD. Really simple to make, but so effective.

Hope you like them! I'd like to enter them in the Allsorts Challenge which this week is 'No Squares Allowed'.
Best wishes and bye for now

Destinations Trinket Box

Today I'm back to share another project made from the new Destinations CD due for release on Monday on Create and Craft.
I combined this little trinket box with blue Coredinations and Kraft card, as well as a stamped image of the Can Can dancer - also from the new range - which I coloured with my Aquamarkers. The background was embossed with the Embossalicious Splendour folder.
Hope you like it. I'd like to enter it into the Creative Card Crew - Wet or Dry Embossing challenge.

Bags of Style

Hi All!
You are going to love the new Destinations CD and stamps due for release by Crafter's Companion on Create and Craft on Monday as a 4 Day Deal .  As in the title, the theme is 'Destinations' around the world and there really are images for everone.

This is a two disc collection and on the second disc are some great 3D type projects - bags, favour boxes etc, so I thought I'd show you two litttle gift bags I made simply from printing out the designs and embellishments and attaching them together with red line tape and Collall Glue gel.

I hope you like them - they ideal for all those little gifts and dinky prezzies that you bring back for people from your hols!

Don't forget to tune in on Monday 18th May!

Best wishes and bye for now
