Hi All!
Back with another post, this time using a fab image from the Crafter's Compaion 'Brambly Hedge' stamps.

Vintage Decs

Morning All!
Hope you are having a lovely Christmas holiday!
Just popping by to share a little Christmas rosette I made using the printable papers from the Crater's Companion 'Vintage Christmas' Cd. I love these nostalgic images and, with a little fussy cutting and help from my Glue Gun I made this little decoration. Making homemade decorations feels really nostalgic to me and reminds me of many happy Christmases when I created xmas decs with my mum and gran - happy memories!
You can hang this on the tree, (I used twine for a rustic look) or add a message to the back and use it as a tag.

Hope you like it. I'd like to enter it into the Country View Festive Challenge which this month is 'Nostalgic Christmas' and Creative Inspirations' Christmas/New Year Challenge.

Best wishes and bye for now

Snowman Gift Card Holders

Hi All!
As Christmas preparations start to hot up I thought I'd share some little gift card holders I made using the Crafter's Companion/Hunkydory Snowman Papercrafting kit.

They were quick and easy to make and open up to reveal a little pop up pocket where you can add a gift card or money. I used the Envelope Punch Board to create the notches so the flaps slot together.

The sentiment inside was stamped with one of the Bebunni Christmas stamps.

Anyway, hope you like them.
Best wishes and bye for now

One for the Boys

Morning Crafters!
Today I have a card to share which is perfect for the men in your life.

First, I used a topper from the Crafter's Companion Camden Town Cd. Next, I embossed a piece of white card with the Darice Diamond Plate folder. I then repeated this onto some silver mirri card and splodged on some red and blue alcohol ink to change the colour. I layered these pieces up to craete the design and finished off with a sentiment, punched stars and silver Card Candi.
Hope you like this card - it was really fun to make!
I would like to enter it into the 'A little Bit Crafty Challenge' which this month is 'Anything But Christmas'.

A Ray of Sunshine

Hi All!
Back today to share a bright and cheerful card made using Core'dinations cardstock and the Darice Floral Border embossing folder.

The more times you play with these folders, the more ideas you get. Here I have just embossed the design in different corners and on multiple sheets then layered them up to create a design. The stamp is a Crafter's Companion 'Sentimentals' stamp and the corner dies are from the Die'sire Ornamental Ovals set. Finally, I added black gems to finish. Hope you like it!

I coloured him with my Spectrum Noir pens and pencils and cut him out before mounting him in the negative space created when I cut out the Ornate Oval die. I decided to go with a pink and blue Christmassy colour scheme  for this one...and of course, a little festive glitter!

This is a lovely CD with lots of elements for you to fussy cut. I made this pop up so that it can fold flat in to DL sized envelope for a change, created a little scene with images from the toppers and added a lovely festive family sentiment to the front of the box.
I also added a panel to the back to write on and decorated it to match.
Hope you like this card. I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:

Fabulous Fabric Flowers

I've loved playing with the new Sugar and Spice collection and accompanying Embossing Folders and Dies from Crafter's Companion. Today I thought I'd show that some of the products are perfect for other gift ideas besides papercrafting.

I decided to decorate a T-shirt - first using one of the Fabric Companions from the CD. Then I bought some felt - you could use material in a pattern to match - and die cut flowers and leaves using my Grand Calibur. The delicate flower dies cut through the felt perfectly. I layered the flowers up with button centres and sewed them onto the neckline of the T-shirt.

Such a pretty effect that you could use to decorate bags and other fabric items. Be sure to tune in to Create and Craft on Monday to get more ideas and inspiration for the 4 Day Deal collection.

Hope you like it!
Be back soon.

Celebrate with a Boxed Accordion Album

Morning All.
Today I thought I'd share a boxed accordion album I made using the papers, inserts and toppers from the new Crafter's Companion Sugar and Spice CD along with the complimentary Delicate Floral embossing folder from the collection.

The box was made from Centura Pearl card - in white and pastel blue - and I created a border using the Die'sire Lace Border 4 die. I then decorated the top with an embossed background and a Card Companion from the CD before embellishing with a ribbon, flowers created from the new Die'sire Forger Me Not die, a sentiment and gems.

I created my own accordion album - again from Centura Pearl - and made the various panels using the inserts and verse writer on the CD. I love my fussy cutting so cut up the toppers to decorate.

More pages -

Buttons and Bows

Morning All!
Do you fancy a crafty challenge? Well why not pop over to the Crafter's Companion Facebook Page here and join in with this month's challenge which is to use 'Buttons and Bows' on your projects.

Here is my take - a pop up card using elements from the lovely Rachelle Anne Miller CD. I only used one design paper from the CD, decoupaged an image for the front, added a punched border down either side, and then added a flowery pop up element inside. Finally, I decorated it with heart shaped buttons and a bow.

Hope you like it! I'd also like to enter this card in the Sparkles Monthly Challenge which is 'Things With Wings' (my little fairy is catching butterflies).
Thanks for looking - enjoy your weekend! x
